Inspeccion 12-01-2011 Grade Pending

Violations recorded in the following area (s) and a Notice of Violation issued at the reinspection conducted on 12/01/2011. Initial inspections that result in an A and re-inspections that result in a grade of A, B or C are graded. If the restaurant gets a B or C, it's also given a grade pending card that it can post until it has a chance to be heard at the City's Health Tribunal. The grade depends on the number of points assessed for food safety violations: 0-13 points is an A, 14-27 a B and 28 or more a C. For details, see How We Score and Grade.

Violation points: 26 Sanitary Violations 1) Evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food areas. (Cagadas de ratones) 2) Food contact surface not properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use and following any activity when contamination may have occurred.(Las mesas de preparacion deben limpiarse despues de una preparacion y pasar a otra. Ej:Si se trabaja un pollo, no puede encima cortar vegetales, primero tiene que limpiar. 3) Sanitized equipment or utensil, including in-use food dispensing utensil, improperly used or stored. (Los cuchillos y la espatula puesto entre las mesas y puestos en el iman sucios) 4) Wiping cloths soiled or not stored in sanitizing solution. (Los trapos despues de usar ir al cubo rojo con solucion de cloro, no pueden volver a usarse, ni estar encima de las mesas. Esto hay que aclarar que hacer, si cuando se usa echar y coger otro o sacarlo del cubo y usarlo de nuevo. Preguntar) 5) Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist.(Esto es el hueco de la puerta del vestidor hacia afuera) 6) Non-food contact surface improperly constructed. Unacceptable material used. Non-food contact surface or equipment improperly maintained and/or not properly sealed, raised, spaced or movable to allow accessibility for cleaning on all sides, above and underneath the unit.(Esto parece ser el ventilador de la nevera sucio)
