Violations recorded in the following area (s) and a Notice of Violation issued at the initial operational cycle inspection conducted on 11/19/2011. Initial inspections that result in an A and re-inspections that result in a grade of A, B or C are graded. If the restaurant gets a B or C, it's also given a grade pending card that it can post until it has a chance to be heard at the City's Health Tribunal. The grade depends on the number of points assessed for food safety violations: 0-13 points is an A, 14-27 a B and 28 or more a C. For details, see How We Score and Grade. | |
